Check out these two stats:

Number of people who lack Flushing Toilets in the world indicated on this page: http://www.worldometers.info/view/toilets/ is 2.6 Billion. Therefore there is 4.4 Billion people with access to a flushing toilet.

Number of mobile/cell phones in use the world as of 2010 according to Wikipedia is over 5 Billion:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_number_of_mobile_phones_in_use

Therefore there are more mobile phones in use in the world than the number of people that have access to flushing toilets.
